Shipping Regulation
We only ship wine within the US according to each state law on direct shipment. Each state in fact has different rules on wine shipping and many do not allow residents to have direct shipment to them. Most states also restricts the amount can be shipped. See Direct Shipping Information
We only deliver to persons age 21 and older. Signature is required upon delivery. Signer does not have to be the person whose name is on the package. Drivers are instructed to disregard signature releases. We always recommend shipping to a business address or location where an adult is likely to be available during business hours.
The cut off time to have your order shipped the same week is Wednesday at 3:00pm (PST). Shipping is only once a week, on Friday. If you wish rush orders please contact us.
Shipping and Handling fees
Express carriers UPS and FedEx require a certified package. It’s also our goal to make sure that your product arrives safe at your home. The certified and safe packaging is offered to you at no cost but you are asked to pay for the shipping; costs will appear during the check out ordering process.
Once your order is processed you will receive an email with a routing number.
The table below illustrates estimated fees and time of delivery by UPS Ground. We cannot guarantee timely delivery for submission of incorrect addresses or for incidents of extreme weather that could adversely affect goods in transit.
