Our Olive Orchards were planted in 1998 with the most ancient Italian olive varieties, hand chosen by our staff.
After 2 years of experiments in olive growing and pressing, we decided to wait longer before offering our Extra Virgin Olive Oil to the public.

So, while waiting for our young olive trees to reach maturity and produce the highest quality of olives, the Cacciatore family is pleased to present Optimum, the Extra Virgin Olive Oil we selected for you and our friend Vito, local producer, bottled for us.
