1     Q    Why is a signature required for wine shipments ?

       A    By Federal law, only individuals 21 years or older are allowed to buy alcoholic beverages.  Because the product is shipped, we

              and the carriers must make sure that the purchaser, as well as the recipient are 21 years or older.  The recipient will be required

               to show an ID stating their age.  If no one 21 years or older is available to sign for the package, the carrier will make a second

                attempt.  You may contact the carrier or CWO to make other arrangements.

2   Q      Can an order be pick-up directly at the winery ?

     A      Yes, the winery is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Inform the winery of your estimated arrival day and time

                to insure your order is ready.

3   Q      Can an order that has been shipped be tracked ?

     A      Yes, once your order is processed and ready for shipment,  CWO will email you the carrier name and order tracking number.

4   Q      What can I do if my Wine is wrong or is delivered damaged ?

        A      Call the winery and explain the problem.  We will have the wrong or damaged bottles picked up and replaced. 

5   Q      Once shipped, how long does it take to receive my shipment ?

      A      Within California, shipments will arrive usually the next day.  For shipments outside of California, your order will arrive within 2-7 

              days, depending on location.  There is an option to have your order shipped FedEx 2day.
