What is the minimum order?
Minimum order is one case; 12 bottle 750ml per variety.
If this is your first purchase you have the privilege to decide how to assort your case; during the registering phase you’ll receive by email a discount coupon you must use to redeem the offer.

Why is my state not listed as a shipping option?
Wine shipping laws vary widely from state-to-state. We can accept online wine orders only from certain states. For more info read our direct shipping information or visit www.wineinstitute.org

Why does wine shipment require a signature?
In order to ensure that illegal deliveries aren’t made to underage individuals, freight companies require an adult signature (21 and older). Furthermore, their drivers are instructed to disregard signature releases. We always recommend shipping to a business address or location where an adult is likely to be available during business hours.

What is the turnaround time for my order?
The cut off time to have your order shipped the same week is Wednesday at 3:00pm (PST). Shipping is only once a week, on Friday. If you wish rush orders please contact us.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes. You can pick up your order instead of having it shipped. Just select “pick up” box in the ordering process. Pick up follows rules of “turnaround time”.
